The Ozaukee County 4-H Foundation annually awards scholarships to outstanding Ozaukee County 4-H members to pursue higher education. The scholarships are awarded to students that have demonstrated leadership skills and personal growth and development throughout their 4-H career. Yearly, we award up to 6 scholarships; named ones: Badger Meter, S. Duane Stroebel, Richard and Diane Omdahl Family, State Bank of Newburg and 2 Foundation Scholarships. Scholarships are funded through donations, memorials and fund raising efforts by the Foundation and 4-H Members and Leaders.
The Ozaukee County 4-H Foundation makes scholarships available to any active Ozaukee County 4-H member who is in their current high school graduating senior class, or one year past high school, with at least five years of 4-H Club membership and has fulfilled all 4-H achievement requirements in that year. Once an applicant is awarded a scholarship, they are not eligible to re-apply. Both accredited technical courses as well as collegiate course studies are acceptable for scholarship application. The application and additional information for the Ozaukee County 4-H Foundation scholarships are posted in the Harbinger. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the application or the process, please contact Jaime Jacobson at 414-313-0608 or email ozco4hfoundation@gmail.com.
